Instructions for Online Meet Entry

Meet Selection

  • Select the meet name from the meet calendar on the MSSA website
  • Click on the link to the online meet entry system

Login/Registration and Entry Categories

  • Members of Masters Swimming Australia click on the “Login” button

 

  • Non-members, or members of overseas FINA affiliated masters clubs, click on the “Register” button.

Event Selection

  • Select the club Code for the club you wish to represent at the meet (MSA members only).
    For each of your event choices (up to the maximum allowed for the meet), select your nominated time from the list.
  • A time MUST be nominated in order to be included in the event.
  • When all your event selections are completed, double-check that everything is correct, tick the confirmation at the bottom of the page and click on the “Next” button.

Presentation Dinner and Merchandise

  • Tickets for the Presentation Dinner and meet-branded merchandise will be displayed on the next screen.
  • For mechandise, you can select sizes using the drop-down menu.
  • Add the quantity required by clicking on the green plus sign.
  • Once completed, click the “Submit” button.

Payment

  • When all events are entered and merchandise selected, click on the “Submit Now & Pay Online” button
  • Complete using your preferred online payment method:
    • Click the PayPal button to pay by PayPal, or
    • Add credit card details (Mastercard or Visa)
  • Click on the “Submit Payment” button
  • A confirmation will be displayed on screen and an email sent to your registered email address – this is a confirmation of payment only.
  • If you click on the “Confirmed Entrants” tab at the top of the page, you will be able to see a list of all online entries submitted to date.
  • A detailed confirmation of entry details will be forwarded by email, generally on Friday of each week.

Relays

  • To facilitate the compiling of relay teams etc, club Captains/Race Secretaries can view a list of their members who have entered the meet by clicking on the “Confirmed Entrants” tab, entering the Club Code in the search field and selecting “Club Code” in the drop-down menu.
  • The subsequent list is filtered on the club code entered by the entrant on the event selection page – club Captains/Race Secretaries can assist here by ensuring that each of your members are aware of the correct code for your club.
